Richard McCarty
President
Richard has been driving for two decades since his father taught him how to drive. As a child, he liked to draw cars and read car magazines. Now he enjoys going to car museums, watching car restoration shows, and taking road trips. Living in traffic-congested Northern Virginia and driving thousands of miles each year, Richard has a good idea of the challenges motorists face on a daily basis. This experience has helped him to develop ideas designed to improve the lives of motorists and make the system fairer.
William Zimmerman
Director
William is an IT professional in the nonprofit sector. He drives through some of the worst traffic in the country commuting into DC each day. As a father, he understands the challenges working parents experience dealing with tough commutes and wants to eliminate needless hassles that make driving more stressful.
Juan Torrico
Director
Juan Torrico is a small business advocate and digital media professional with years of experience working with small businesses. He is currently employed with the Maryland Transit Administration. With a commute that takes him from Northern Virginia to Maryland, he certainly understands the challenges commuters face every day.
